Requisite Danger

It is 10:38 PM on Saturday night…my wife and son are asleep (or soon will be).

Me? I am sitting in front of a computer listening to LiveIreland Radio and trying to write a paper.

As much as I love this class and as much as I am learning…I’m not sure if the timing [...]

The sad thing about having three cats is that the air in the house tends to get a tad dirty.  We do pretty good, seeing how we have nice adult-size lungs.

But we are a bit concerned about Jadon’s lungs as they are still developing…as such we are thinking about buying an air purifier [...]

Over the Christmas holiday we had a painting party in which we decorated our nursery wall and furniture (it helps to have an artistic sister-in-law and two fun-loving teenager gals who were willing to come over and “play”!!)

Yelp. Just like that.

No morning sickness or hormones – just a ton paper work and hours of prayer.

Seeing how it is the day of “feeding the belly” – otherwise known as Thanksgiving Day – I thought I might pass on an old cheese cake recipe for your enjoyment.

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 5 cups of cottage cheese
• 3/4 cup of mild honey (a light color clover honey works great)
• 1/4 ts salt
• 2 ts vanilla
• 1/4 ts almond extract
• 2 – 9 inch unbaked gram cracker pie shells

Mixing the “goods”
